2. Credit System

New users receive 10 free credits upon signing up, which can be used to try the service.

Each image uploaded for extraction uses one credit. If the system cannot extract any text at all, no credit will be deducted. This ensures fair usage and value for your purchases.

2.4 Refund

Credits are refundable on a pro-rata basis. Only unused credits will be refunded. To request a refund, contact our support team by sending email to support@markedpages.com, and we will process your request promptly. Please note that Stripe refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the Stripe's tems and conditions. We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this site are owned by MarkedPages.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reprodcution, or discretion of this content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

MarkedPages.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
